special needs is entitled to a “free appropriate public education” which means your school district must meet your child’s needs in the most appropriate setting, either in a public or private
school placement.

Many disputes can be resolved without a hearing or trial. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a working relationship between parents and schools and of avoiding unnecessary litigation, our firm will always try to resolve disputes by negotiating voluntary agreements and effective solutions to meet your child’s needs. When litigation is needed, however, we will diligently represent parents and children before school districts and the Office of Administrative Law.
